Initial Assessment (45 min)
Comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and establishment of baseline metrics.
Follow-Up Treatment (45 min)
Extended hands-on treatment and progressive loading for complex cases.
Follow-Up Treatment (30 min)
Progressive hands-on treatment and structured follow-up.
Concussion/Vestibular Assessment
Includes Dynavision baseline and full neurocognitive screening.
Chiropractic
Initial Assessment (45 min)
Full spinal and biomechanical assessment with a first treatment where appropriate.
Follow-Up Treatment (30 min)
Extended adjustment and soft tissue work with movement retraining.
Follow-Up Treatment (20 min)
Focused adjustment and maintenance visit for returning patients.
ICBC chiropractic assessments and follow-ups are billed directly to ICBC on accepted claims. Patients must book an initial assessment if they have not seen their practitioner in over two years.

Motion Theory is an approved provider for both motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries.
- ICBC Claims: Pre-approved for initial 12 weeks of treatment post-accident under Enhanced Care.
- WorkSafeBC: Approved claims are fully covered for structured return-to-work rehabilitation.
