We provide physiotherapy, kinesiology, massage therapy, chiropractic, and acupuncture services. We are a registered private body under PIPA and independently owned and operated.

Clinical information: Name, date of birth, health history, assessment findings, treatment records, medications, and insurance information (ICBC claim numbers, extended health plan details, WorkSafeBC file numbers).

Contact information: Phone number, email address, mailing address, and emergency contact details.
