Physiotherapy.
Physiotherapy at Motion Theory is grounded in evidence and driven by objective outcomes. We do not measure success by whether your pain is "less bad". We measure it by whether your capacity has increased. Every patient receives a comprehensive assessment, a diagnosis, and a structured progression plan anchored to measurable milestones.
Who It's For
Anyone experiencing acute injury, chronic pain, movement dysfunction, or post-surgical recovery. We treat the full spectrum of musculoskeletal presentations, from workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents to sports injuries and age-related conditions.
What We Assess
Your initial assessment covers a detailed mechanism-of-injury history, biomechanical analysis, segmental joint testing, neural provocation where indicated, and objective strength and range of motion baselines. We establish a working diagnosis before any treatment begins.
Treatment Approach
Treatment combines manual therapy, targeted exercise prescription, neuromuscular retraining, and patient education. Every session has a clinical purpose. Passive treatment is used only where it directly enables active capacity building. You will always know what you are working toward and why.
